XPS composite board is a building material made by combining extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam board with other materials (such as metal sheets, gypsum board, etc.) through a specific process. XPS foam board is renowned for its excellent thermal insulation performance, high strength, low water absorption, and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in building exterior wall insulation, cold storage, roof insulation, and other fields. XPS composite board combines the thermal insulation performance of XPS with the structural strength or decorative properties of other materials to form a multifunctional integrated board that meets the modern building's demands for energy conservation, environmental protection, and aesthetics.

 

The production process of XPS composite board typically includes cutting XPS boards, surface treatment, bonding with other materials, and subsequent processing. Its core advantage lies in the closed-cell structure of XPS boards, which gives it an extremely low thermal conductivity (typically 0.028-0.034 W/(m·K)), effectively blocking heat transfer. Furthermore, XPS boards have high compressive strength (up to 150-700 kPa), making them suitable for applications bearing heavy loads.
