XPS Foam Insulation

XPS foam insulation is a high-performance extruded polystyrene insulation material widely used in residential, commercial and industrial construction. It features a dense closed-cell structure, providing excellent thermal efficiency, waterproof performance and long-term durability, making it an ideal choice for energy-saving building projects.

Kurtin People has always put the product quality and safety to be our top priority when comes to production. We control production extremely strictly to keep our zero-compensation record. Every batch of products will be inspected and tested before delivery. Inspection & Testing method includes product dimension, material chemical composition, Physical and mechanical property, zinc coating, paint thickness and ect.

Our insulation material factory has a more than 10 years' production history, after year 2018, the factory expanded production range, replaced most of the old machines & equipment, and introduced modern new advanced CO2 production line with wider range of production from 3mm to 200mm thickness, width up to 1270mm. We have also introduced related cutting and processing equipment in order to make different shape of insulation foam products and composite insulation panels.

In addition to the production of basic insulation foam products, we also have workshop to produce composite insulation panels such as XPS shower room products (Tile backer board, XPS shower tray, Shower niche, Shower curb), underfloor heating panels with aluminum foil or reflection sheet, other composite insulation panels with customized skin & coatings.

All Kurtin products will be packed with strong exporting packing material to well protect from damage risk during the loading,transportation & unloading process.

XPS foam insulation is widely used in roofs, walls, floors, basements, cold storage, greenhouses and shipping containers. It supports new construction and renovation projects, helping reduce energy costs and improve indoor comfort.
