XPS foam blocks are heavy-duty insulation products with high density and compressive strength. They are designed for heavy-load areas, infrastructure and large-scale construction projects.

All batches are subject to inspection and testing before dispatch, which checks dimensions, material chemical makeup, physical and mechanical attributes, zinc coating layers as well as paint film thickness.

With more than a decade‑long manufacturing background, our insulation material factory underwent major upgrades after 2018. We broadened our product portfolio, phased out most outdated equipment, and deployed advanced modern CO₂ production lines capable of producing materials at thicknesses between 3 mm and 200 mm and maximum width reaching 1270 mm. Supporting cutting and processing devices were added to fabricate foam insulation parts in varied shapes as well as composite insulation panels.

Apart from regular insulation foam outputs, dedicated workshops turn out composite insulation solutions. These cover XPS shower‑system products such as tile backer boards, XPS shower trays, shower niches and shower curbs, aluminum‑foil or reflective‑layer underfloor heating panels, and custom composite panels with tailor‑made surface skins and coatings.

All Kurtin‑branded goods adopt heavy‑duty export‑grade packaging materials, effectively safeguarding merchandise against potential damages incurred throughout loading, transit and unloading operations. 

XPS foam blocks are widely used in road foundations, airport runways, bridge insulation, industrial floors and cold storage facilities.
