Our insulation factory has accumulated over 10 years in foam material production. Post‑2018 saw significant transformation: we enlarged our production coverage, renewed the majority of old machines, and implemented cutting‑edge CO₂ production lines. The new lines deliver products from 5 mm up to 150 mm thick, and widths as great as 1220 mm. Additional cutting and processing gear enables us to create insulation foam pieces of diverse geometries and composite insulation panels.

Besides base‑model foam insulation goods, special workshops manufacture composite panel ranges. Our offering includes XPS bathroom components (tile backer boards, XPS shower trays, shower niches, shower curbs), underfloor heating panels laminated with aluminum foil or reflective sheets, and further composite insulation panels with custom‑designed skins and surface finishes.

Every product under the Kurtin brand is securely wrapped in robust export‑standard packing supplies, to minimize the risk of physical harm when cargo is loaded, shipped and unloaded.
