Workshop & Inspection
Kurtin People regards product quality and safety as the number‑one priority in production activities. We carry out stringent production supervision to keep our zero‑compensation status intact. Prior to shipment, each batch completes inspection and testing covering dimensional accuracy, material chemical composition, physical & mechanical behaviour, zinc coating and paint layer thickness.
Our insulation materials manufacturing plant boasts over 10 years of production experience. Starting from 2018, we expanded our product scope, upgraded most legacy machinery and facilities, and installed state‑of‑the‑art CO₂ production lines. These new lines support production thickness ranging from 3mm to 200 mm, with a maximum width of 1270 mm. Complementary cutting and processing machinery has also been brought in to manufacture custom‑shaped insulation foam items and composite insulation panels.
Beyond standard foam insulation goods, separate workshops produce composite panels including XPS bathroom series: tile backer boards, XPS shower trays, shower niches and shower curbs. We also supply aluminum‑foil or reflective‑film underfloor heating boards, plus other composite insulation panels with bespoke facings and surface coatings.
Application
XPS foam sheets are ideal for interior walls, floors, roofs, bathrooms, kitchens and vehicles. They are also used for tile backer boards, underfloor heating bases and packaging protection.
